You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. PSF is not liable for losses resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.
Intellectual property
Content, logos, trademarks and software of PSF are the exclusive property of Phoenix Software Factory. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.

Limitation of liability
PSF is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
